Open your preferred AI tool. Copy the prompt below, paste your completed questionnaire answers underneath it, and send everything together.
AI will organize your answers into your Agent AI Blueprint. Save the finished Blueprint so you can use it as background for future AI requests.
PROMPT:
Using my completed questionnaire below, create my personalized Agent AI Blueprint: a detailed, organized reference that helps AI understand me and my real estate business.
Preserve the specific details, examples, and language that make my business mine. Write clearly so I can save this Blueprint and provide it as context for future AI requests.
Organize my Blueprint into these nine sections:
1. My North Star Statement
Write a clear statement that captures who I am, whom I help, where I serve, and the value of my approach. This statement should guide my messaging, marketing, and future AI requests. Make it specific to my current business, with proposed wording for me to review.
2. Experience and Strengths
Write a solid summary of my relevant experience, accomplishments, transferable skills, and demonstrated strengths. Connect those strengths to how they benefit clients, using examples or actual feedback I provided.
3. Ten Key Differentiators
Identify up to 10 distinct, meaningful differentiators supported by my answers. For each, provide a short title and explain what makes it valuable to a client. Avoid generic claims such as “hardworking” or “great service” without specifics.
4. Clients and Opportunities
Summarize the clients and moving situations I currently serve, those I most enjoy, recurring questions and concerns, and potential ideal client groups to explore. Clearly label suggestions as suggestions.
5. Service and Client Experience
Describe my process, communication style, client care, and support beyond the transaction. Explain what clients can expect based on the services and actions I described.
6. Personality and Writing Voice
Capture my values, interests, personality, preferred tone, phrases I use, and language I want to avoid. Give clear guidance that AI can follow when creating content that sounds like me.
7. Top Cities and Neighborhoods
Create two bullet-point lists:
• Top cities or broader markets.
• Top neighborhoods, communities, or specific local areas.
Prioritize the locations I identified as most important. Distinguish places where I have current experience or firsthand knowledge from areas where I want to grow. Do not add locations I did not provide or imply expertise I have not established.
8. A set of local, hyper-local and differentiator keywords that would be must-have’s to be included in an agent bio that would be optimized for SEO and AEO searches.
9. Business Goals
Summarize the markets, specialties, relationships, and business direction I want to develop. Keep future goals clearly separate from current experience.
Use only my supplied information as established facts. Do not invent credentials, awards, results, testimonials, services, or local expertise. Distinguish previous career experience from real estate experience, and actual client feedback from my interpretation.
Create the Blueprint now using what I have provided, that I can use as a guide for all thing marketing and business planning moving forward!
