Depending on your platforms and the data available, reports can include MLS activity, Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com performance, social media reach and engagement, email campaign results, brokerage website activity, and virtual tour insights. During setup, we confirm which sources we can access and include.

Complete our setup form so we can learn about your branding and the platforms you use. We then coordinate access and create your branded report template. Once that foundation is ready, ordering future reports is simple.

We schedule an access call to work through the relevant platforms together and confirm we can retrieve the information needed. Where supported, we use account invitations or delegated access. If credentials are needed, we coordinate sharing through our password-management system rather than ordinary email or text.

Use our short request form to send the property address or MLS link, along with any updates or special notes you want included. We gather the available results and prepare your report.
